Thanaseth Phatikitanan

I always thought my dream was to be a graphic designer for an advertising company in downtown Bangkok, sipping my coffee and being motivated by a unique neighborhood wrapping around me. It seemed like a reasonable dream given my BFA in Communication Art & Design.

​I was drawn toward motion graphics after I graduated and was hooked on creating 2D animated characters for moving infographics. But is it really what I want to do? I am eager to learn more and learn something different.

And that’s when things shift; the spark I was forgetting ignited the instinct I was binging on space ranger vs sheriff (I mean seriously you know what I mean) and the other shows. With the harmony between stories and characters, I caught myself relating to the stories with a new aspect, stories that can correlate and inspire us, rekindling our nostalgia through imagery.

Visual Development calls to all my passions; it integrates creativity and capturing life into sketches, colors, and things we experienced daily in art pieces. Connecting and inspiring people is my long-term goal.
